About Frank Spano

After high school, Frank went on to Niagara College, where he enrolled in and completed his studies in law and security. But Frank is an entrepreneur at heart. So, after graduation he embarked on a retail venture, opening video stores which he owned and operated for 10 to 12 years. But sensing that the video market was changing, Frank switched to tanning salons opening and operating a few in Niagara over the next few years. While involved in retail, Frank Spano, at the same time was conducting extensive renovations on his personal home. He discovered that he liked transforming real property and what’s more, he was good at it. And so, in addition to his personal residence, Frank began to acquire and renovate homes for resale. That soon became more profitable to him than his retail business.

Frank realized the enormous potential in real estate investment. Along with renovating, Frank began to acquire and develop a personal real estate investment portfolio, both in residential and commercial properties. Something he continues to maintain and expand to this present day. Frank came to realize that his true passion wasn’t law enforcement or even retail it t was real estate. So Frank decided to sell his retail businesses and devote himself to real estate sales. To position himself to help other people enjoy the successes he had experienced.

Frank’s real estate sales career began on a team at RE/MAX Garden City Realty. But after 3 years there, he went on to become a stand alone agent within the RE/MAX Garden City Realty system and from there developed a team of his own. Today Frank operates the very successful Spano Real Estate sales team. An immensely successful sales powerhouse covering the entire Niagara Peninsula.
